Picked up by a guide from our team of Travelers for Morocco, at your Riad or Airport and we will leave in the direction of the High Atlas, this mountain range has the highest altitudes in all of North Africa. At higher elevations in winter and well into spring, snow can be enjoyed.
We will continue towards the fortified city called Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987 and several famous films have been made such as: Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, The Mummy… And we will arrive in Ouarzazate where the film studios are located most important in all of Morocco. You will have dinner and stay in Ouarzazate.
After breakfast, we will dedicate the morning to see the film studios, where several films have been recorded such as: Star Wars, The Mummy, Gladiator…
Later we will depart for the Kasbah of Taourit, declared a World Heritage Site, full of towers and walls. Inside, the Islamic and Jewish religions are mixed. We will continue towards the road of the Thousand Kasbash, through the great palm grove called Skoura, accompanied by hundreds of Kasbash that we can observe along the way.
We will enter the Dades Valley, being able to contemplate the hundreds of kasbash dotted throughout the route. We will continue on the way to the river, entering the narrow valley. We will make a stop to enjoy it. Here you will have dinner and stay in a hotel
After breakfast we will depart for the Todra Gorges, passing through the great palm grove of Tinerhir, where agriculture, date palms, crafts stand out… Later we will arrive at the gorges.
There we can observe the spectacular landscape that has been forged for thousands of years thanks to the river that passes through them.
Then, we will go to Merzouga, where you will leave the luggage in the hostel and we will go to the desert by dromedary. Once in the haimas, you will have dinner, you will listen to how the drums resonate in the desert night and you will sleep in the berber haima
After eating you will rest for a while there, and later we will make a route through the desert. We will go to see an oasis in the middle of the desert in the 4×4, we will also visit the town of Khamilia (town of the blacks) the Mifiss mines, the desert dishes, to meet the Berber nomads of the desert… Then you will return to the hotel
After the camel ride, a good shower and a good breakfast, we headed towards Fez. Crossing Errachidia and later going to the Ziz Valley, we will be able to observe what the river has built over thousands of years, eroding the rock and giving rise to large palm groves and adobe villages.
Later we pass through Ifrane, where the Cedar Forest is located, here we can see a large number of monkeys where we can feed them and enjoy the large number of cedars that this forest congregates. We will follow the road to Fez where the Tour 5 days from Marrakech to Fez will end here
