Day 1 : Casablanca – Fez :
Pick up and transfer to Fez the cultural capital of Morocco.
Day 2 : Fez- Fez :
One day discovery of the city of Fez, cultural capital and the oldest of the Imperial Cities of the country, which was for centuries the cultural and religious center of the western Islamic world, and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, its labyrinthine streets structured by guilds of potters, dyers … and the bustle of its people will transport you back centuries, because it is a medieval city that endures over time, 1200 years after its founding the monuments that we can visit: Medersas (Koranic Schools): Chahrij, Bouinania Attarin. Souks, Fes El-Jedid, the Karaouine Mosque, lunch in a typical restaurant in the Medina and free afternoon. Accommodation in Hotel or Riad.
Day 3 : Fez – Merzouga Dunes :
Departure by road to the beautiful dunes of Merzouga, passing through Ifran known as “the Moroccan Switzerland”. We will stop to visit the cedar forest in Azrou and see the little monkeys climbing the cedars. Then we will follow the route and cross the gentle mountains of the Middle Atlas, passing through Midelt and the Ziz River and stop to take pictures of breathtaking panoramic views over the gorges of this river. Continuation to the town of Erfoud famous for the fossils that are extracted from the rocks. Arrival at the dunes of “Erg Chebbi” in Merzouga, where we can feel the peace and tranquility of the desert to ride camels while enjoying the sunset in the desert. Unforgettable night in the middle of the desert. Dinner and overnight in Berber Haima.
Day 4 : Merzouga- Ouarzazate :
We will wake up and if the clouds allow us, we can have a chance to contemplate the beautiful spectacle of sunrise over the sea of dunes, then ride camels and return to the hostel where we take shower and breakfast, continue to Rissani first imperial city of Morocco to visit its legendary market the largest in all of southern Morocco, Continue to Tazzarine through Alnif, in the basin of Mader. We will follow the route to the famous Todra Gorges, the Dades Valley, the Valley of the Roses and the oasis of Skoura. Arrival in Ouarzazate Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Day 5 : Ouarzazate – Kasbah Ait ben Haddou-Marrakech :
Breakfast and departure to Marrakech before continuing the route to Marrakech we head to the ancient Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Visit the Kasbah where many movies have been filmed, such as Obelix, Babel, Sahara, Kingdom of Heaven, Cleopatra and Gladiator. Then we will follow the route back to Marrakech, crossing the mountains of the high Atlas through the pass of Tizin Tichka (the highest mountain pass of the Atlas, with 2,260 m. altitude) with its spectacular views we will arrive in the afternoon to Marrakech.
Day 6 : Marrakech-Casablanca :
Morning departure to Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco. You will visit the Hassan II mosque, one of the largest mosques in the Islamic world. In the afternoon transfer to the hotel.
