Day 1 ; Tangier – Tetouan – Chefchaouen
We will pick you up at the seaport (Ferry) in the morning, we will depart to Chaouen, stop in Tetouan, the Spanish city, arrival in Chaouen. Departure for a visit of the city of Chaouen. Stroll through its streets and among its old blue and white houses, and we will also contemplate its panoramic views and accommodation in (Riad).
Day 2 ; Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez
After breakfast, we will drive to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis to explore the 2000 year old ruins and get a picture of life during the Roman Empire. Lunch will be in Meknes one of the imperial cities of Morocco. After lunch, your driver will take you on a tour of Meknes, and then you will head to Fez, the spiritual and cultural capital of Morocco. Accommodations in (Riad)
Day 3 ; Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Errachidia – Merzouga
After breakfast we will leave Fez and head towards the Middle Atlas, to visit Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Africa. The next village will be Azrou “the rock”, Berber village known for its craftsmanship, carpets and wood carving, then arrival in Midelt. The road continues through the Tizi Talghemt or Camel’s Neck, at 1,907 meters altitude. The relief is impressive, the mountains are completely bare, covered with a purple coat. Arrival in Errachidia and undertake the crossing of the massif of Tafilalet to the palm grove of Erfoud. Direction desert Merzouga and arrive in the afternoon we rest a while and we will leave in the hotel the suitcases and what we will not use in the desert and we will leave in a caravan of dromedaries of one hour that will take us to the camp of Haimas. We will stop in the middle of the road to watch the sunset over the dunes and stretch our legs a bit before continuing the journey to the camp, where we will have another hospitality tea before dinner and have the opportunity to climb the big dune or the small dunes near the camp to discover shooting stars and make wishes. Overnight in the haimas in the heart of the desert (Camp).
Day 4 ; Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
We wake up before dawn to watch the sunrise. Return by camel to the lodge, shower and breakfast, departure to Rissani, visit its market which is the most important of the south, where all the nomads of the desert go to do their shopping then we leave for Erfoud where we will visit the factory of fossilized marble and continue to the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad. We will arrive at one of the highlights of the South: The Todra Gorges. The Todra River has formed a gorge of vertical walls of enormous proportions and great beauty; it is a climber’s paradise and a unique place. Lunch on site and a half hour walk to see the Gorges at leisure. In the afternoon we continue to the Dades Valley passing through Boumalne.
Day 5 ; Dades Valley – Valley of Roses – Ouarzazate – Aït Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech
Today, you will travel to Ouarzazate via Boumalne de Dades, El-Kelaa M’Gouna and Skoura. You will admire the views of the Valley of the Thousand Kasbahs, Valley of the Roses and the oasis of Skoura while driving. We will arrive in Ouarzazate, where you can have a stop to see the Kasbah of Taourirt which was built from the Glaoui dynasty. From here we drive towards the village of Aït Ben Haddou, having lunch then exploring the exotic Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou. Later, you will be driven through the pass of Tizi N’Tichka (2260 m), you will have the opportunity to take pictures and enjoy the scenes of the High Atlas Mountains visiting the ARGAN Oil cooperative, where we will discover the process of realization and we will explain the countless benefits it has for the human body in the afternoon we arrive in Marrakech transfer to your riad where you will stay and end of our services.
