2 days desert tour from Marrakech

Morning departure from MARRAKECH, in the direction of the desert of ZAGORA (It is the closest desert to MARRAKECH). Camel ride and night in HAIMAS.

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Kasbah Ait Ben-haddou – Zagora :

Pick up by a guide of our team Travelers in Morocco, at 8 am in your Riad / Hotel to start our 2 days tour to the desert of Zagora, we expect a very interesting day full of culture, we will go towards Ouarzazate crossing the mountain pass Tizi’n Tichka at 2,260 meters altitude, linking Marrackech with the city of Ouarzazate through the High Atlas and is the main pass of the highest mountain in North Africa. The first stop will be at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou (World Heritage Site) and well known for the filming of many famous movies like Gladiator, Ubilex etc …, our route will continue to the Draa Valley (the largest in Morocco), along the route we can enjoy the thousands of kasbahs along the way. In the afternoon we will arrive at the door of the desert of Zagora, where we will leave the car and we will wait for the camels that will take us through the desert to spend the night in haimas in the middle of nowhere, there we will have dinner and sleep but before sleeping we can enjoy the tranquility and the blanket of stars that the desert offers us.

Day 2: Zagora – Ouarzazate – Kasbah of Taourirt -Marrakech :

We will wake up early to contemplate the beautiful sunrise that the desert offers us and a typical Moroccan breakfast. Our 2 days tour to the desert of Zagora continues. We will continue our route through the Draa Valley and the Oasis of Tamnougalt, arriving at the village of Agdz (famous for its kasbah), we will continue our route arriving late in the afternoon to Marrakech where we will leave you in your Riad / Hotel. and end of our 2 day tour to the desert of Zagora from Marrakech.
