5 days tour from Marrakech to Mezouga Desert

Day 1 :Marrakeh – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley :

After breakfast we start our 5 days tour from Marrakech to the desert, and depart to the Dades Valley, on the way we cross the High Atlas, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka, threading our way through the many Berber villages that inhabit the area, a spectacular landscape that will take us to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, famous for being the scene of more than two dozen movies, including “Babel”.A spectacular landscape that will take us to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, famous for being the scene of more than two dozen films, including “Babel”.continue to Ouarzazate by the Valley of Roses crossing, to reach the Dades Gorges, where begins the “route of the Thousand Kasbahs”.Dades Valley Overnight and dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 : DADES – TODRA GORGES – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA.

In the morning we will cross the DADES Valley, making panoramic stops to take pictures, then we will pass the famous TODRA GORGES. We will take some time to stroll in the valley quietly and follow the road to the dunes of ERG CHEBBI (MERZOUGA) to ride camels and enjoy the sunset in the desert. Unforgettable night in the middle of the desert. Overnight in Haima berber

Day 3: Merzouga – Khamlia – Merzouga

We will wake up before dawn to watch the sunrise. Return by camel to the lodge, where we will shower and have breakfast. Rest and then depart to the village of Khamlia, which is originally from Mali, where we will have tea while they offer us a small concert of Gnawa music. Return to the hotel, have lunch and have the afternoon free. you can leave the hotel and stroll through the village or the dunes and in the evening. Overnight at the hotel with dinner and breakfast.

Day 4: Sahara Desert -Rissani -Draa Valley – Ouarzazate

After breakfast continue to Ouarzazate via Rissani where we stop a little to visit its traditional Souk which is considered the largest in all of southern Morocco and continue to beautiful Draa Valley with its millions of palm trees, evening arrival in Ouarzazate overnight in riad.

Day 5: Ouarzazate- Ait Ben Haddou- High Atlas- Marrakech

After breakfast departure to Ait Ben Haddou to see a kasbah where many movies have been filmed such as “The Arabian Trail” and “Babel”. At the end of the day arrival in Marrakech and end of our 5 days trip from Marrakech to the Mezouga Desert.
